Subversive Advertising

Subversive adverting is used by many activist groups in protest to the many things that big corporations do to harm the world and the people in it (e.g. animal testing, sweatshops). Subversive advertising is when someone creates an advert that makes a statement about a company, in protest to something that company is doing.

I used tetley tea, who are owned by Tata Sons. Tata Sons is a shell corporation based in India, one of the companies partners is the Ministry of Defense of the Government of India. Tata Sons funds many of the military's operations and has been a major part to play in the more recent conflicts between India and Pakistan on the borders.

This is my photoshoped version of the advert image i came up with.
